It's not the money, its teaching of responsibility and morals and giving real punishments from someone that scares them. A real father is the type to lead by example and push his child and not baby the little fuck. A father is a necessary thing in this world. The blacks were smarter in the 30's, 40's, and 50's, college educated and hardworking and 2 parents, the 60's and 70's fucked the family unit up and they trying to keep that going since the democrats want stupid people as voters. Only a moron that doesn't check facts or study the issues would vote democrat and if they study and still vote they are to stupid to find a real source.

Blacks did have more stable families, but actually had about the same IQ, perhaps 2 points less. Blacks are lower on average in self-control, too. In more strict environments they were able to live remarkably and another article I posted shows that black income has soared from the 30's to now despite no change in IQ. A more strict culture would make more whole black families, improve incomes and lower crime to some degree. However, IQ would still remain the same. Though these better conditions would probably encourage eugenic fertility as opposed to the dysgenic fertility blacks currently are under.
My view is common sense was lost without the father. I still remember "What the fuck were you thinking, wack, think about that next time you're about to do something stupid" The father wacked his kids out of peer pressure, I ain't doing shit, you don't have to live with my father is the attitude with a real father and no welfare around.
