It's a two-edged sword. Making 85 the cutoff for retards meant that almost all black criminals could use the retard defense to get off or get a lighter sentence because they "didn't understand that they were committing a crime."

The problem is giving more lenient sentences to retards. If you're too stupid to bear full legal responsibilities, then you're too stupid to be out on the streets.

Human biodiversity (hbd) is the diversity found among and between human populations that has a biological basis.

Admittedly, I can get a bit narrowly focused on race and IQ, like lots of people into HBD. There's lots of data and it's so taboo. However, it is important to remember other types of human groups (sexes, sexual orientations, etc.) and other traits (physical traits, personality traits, etc).
