This may have had some relevance when not considering Affirmative Action. factor in ignorant Niggers and affirmative action, it's a bullshit study. A trip to the DMV blows this study to hell and back.

Human biodiversity (hbd) is the diversity found among and between human populations that has a biological basis.

Admittedly, I can get a bit narrowly focused on race and IQ, like lots of people into HBD. There's lots of data and it's so taboo. However, it is important to remember other types of human groups (sexes, sexual orientations, etc.) and other traits (physical traits, personality traits, etc).
