An IQ score is calculated based on a norm group with an average score of 100. A standard deviation of 15 includes 85 and 115, but the mean is still 100. If the mean regresses to 89, then 89 becomes the new mean of 100 and everything shifts accordingly. Everyone above 100 previously would be 11 points higher and same with the low end, but they will still be retarded niggers. Also, IQ scores are (((stupid))) because they don't really measure anything of real value in thinking skills. A high IQ does not equate to high intelligence when you use the real world to determine a person's true capabilities. We see this sort of thing everyday and high IQ people turn out to be idiots who can do a few tricks that don't really matter for anything.
Much agreed. I'm not sure where the person that made the statement got their facts but I thought it might be based on primarily minority testing averages including all the uneducated illegals that are flooding the west. As intelligent Whites are being pogrommed out of society I'm sure IQ standards will shift down significantly. On purpose as well.
