I mean it's possible, but that's akin to saying "I work with someone 8' tall". Extremely outliers exist but they're not a counterargument to statistical medians.

Human biodiversity (hbd) is the diversity found among and between human populations that has a biological basis.

Admittedly, I can get a bit narrowly focused on race and IQ, like lots of people into HBD. There's lots of data and it's so taboo. However, it is important to remember other types of human groups (sexes, sexual orientations, etc.) and other traits (physical traits, personality traits, etc).
