Perhaps. I think creativity and IQ are highly correlated, but different. Northeast Asians are typically considered an intelligent, but less creative group. I think Black Americans are a low IQ and high creativity group. Sailer has noted that, on average, blacks tend to have better improvisational skills than whites. This why more successful blacks tend to be entertainers, preachers and basketball players (aside from physical traits) than scientists or engineers.
