In plain English, reparations for niggers that have been shot by other niggers, paid for by White law abiding firearms owners. Niggers don't pay taxes when they steal firearms, illegally. Niggers don't pay taxes when they make their girlfriend/boyfriend/family members purchase firearms on their behalf. In the later case, taxes would be paid, just not by the nigger commiting the crime.
Well, you're not wrong. It's just that in Colorado, it's mostly spics shot by other spics. But niggers do come in a close second.

On the bright side, this may lead to legal precedent to eliminate any tax, even sales tax, on anything firearms related, but I'll probably be dead by the time any of that would finalize.
