So this went through the legislature? If not then it's not even a (((law))). Did nobody learn anything from the 4 years of a virus that didn't exist? Bureaucratic orders do not hold the power of authority over citizens. They exist to "order" departments, officials etc. in their job duties.
Work on this department operation and not that one. Spend money in this area of the budge rather than this one. Shuffle the schedule of these employees around.
