It's just more laws and regs to punish people that don't live in the big city. It is about control.

This would apply to a farmer/rancher on their own land while they are out on their land feeding their animals or fixing/checking a fence line.

When I was growing up, half of the trucks in the school parking lot had a rifle rack on them. There was a trap club and part of "PE" was learning to reload shells for shooting trap. Before my time, the Jr. high had a actual gun range too.

Things like this are less about the city and more about punishing everyone in the state that does not live in a city and in some cases still live in a "high trust" area.

If I was out on a ranch that is 10k acres this would apply to a rifle in the truck if I am not in the truck. They also have regs/laws that are unconstitutional that allow game and fish or other orgs invade your property without notice and can setup surveillance devices to watch you. This is to criminalize behavior of otherwise law abiding citizens.

If you live in a crime ridden city like Denver you would be a fucking moron to even have a gun in a locked safe in your car. You keep that on you at all times even if its "against the law". A guy in his mid 20's managed to shoot a attempted mass shooter at a mall about 8 months ago because he ignored the "gun free zone" sign and who knows how many people he saved.

All things considered. Don't go into or live in blue/progressive cities if you have the ability to stay away. It is just not worth it.

I failed to consider farmers / ranchers or those who live way out with rifles in the truck. As a kid, when i visited the Uncle, he had a shotgun that lived in the truck...

I dont think this was the intended reach of the law. I think maybe the law should apply to areas with greater pop density then X... (pick average metro size).

If it read like that, would it still affect those folks as much. Yes when they drove into a medium size town, they cant have the rifle hanging in the truck... I see it... But really, that isnt the crime we are stopping with this... This is targeted at stupid motherfuckers in city limits who leave guns out so niggers can steal them... Which is why I am sort of OK with it considering my circumstances and lack of previous consideration of ranch/farm hands.

I am trying to see viewpoints outside the "no gun laws" routine we typically live in.

I am a 2A absolutist. Shall Not Be Infringed. I should be able to own nukes/jets whatever, if I can make them myself or afford to buy them. Walk where I want, when i want, no harm no foul until I decide to use them.

People make that level of reality impossible... Not just niggers, but dumbass Whites participate in fucking up the open guns everywhere for everyone all the time... We have become a low trust society in general.

Did you see the NYC case where the nigger in prison for finishing "ghost guns"? Judge blatantly says, don't bring the 2A here, this is NY, it doesn't exist...

It was absolutely intended to harm people in low density areas. It is not about protecting people. It is about control and disarming people whenever possible.

First the big cities (Denver has done this for over a decade) and now the rest of the state. This is hostile to law abiding citizens only.

All of this after Colorado was just named the 3rd most dangerous state in the country.

As for the "gun the stupid niggers can steal" No proper gun owner does that ever. Though, there are a ton of laws that say if you have that gun on you and protect yourself from a fucking criminal you go to jail for life.

Ill repeat myself. Avoid all blue/progressive/lib cities and at this point.. You have to start avoiding the states they are in.

THERE ARE NO BLUE STATES. JUST BLUE CITIES.

However, those cities are a mafia that get to decide what you do on your own land 400 miles from the "big city". They want control and they want you dead.

[edit] yes, I did see the judge that said the "2a" does not exist in their nigger courtroom. I posted about it either today or yesterday. That judge should be in fucking jail and should have their license/certifications/etc stripped. They should struggle to get a job at burger king.
