Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses, HB 2338, yet another piece of civilian disarmament legislation sponsored by the usual suspects, but this one goes well beyond what we are used to seeing. Instead, this bill is going to save lives by levying an additional 11% tax on all ammunition sales. Don't believe us? Then check this out and arm yourself with education today.

I think the " ....shall not be infringed" part of 2A applies here.

shall not be infringed

That went out the window a long time ago...

Sadly, yes. I might have meant 'should apply'.

While this is an important topic, and no doubt a good presentation, I'm not keen to watch a video on it.

That said, everyone should learn to load their own ammunition. Really. If you don't know how, learn. It's not difficult and a good, complete beginner's kit can be had for ~$200. I've been loading for over 30 years now and I'm glad to have the skills. Also, it saves a LOT of money if you shot a bunch. You can easily save over 50% of the cost of shooting by loading your own.

If you don't know about loading your own, please look in to it.

Agreed 100%. I wonder whether the new tax targets reload materials, or just finished ammo.
