"In other news, the entire us.gov has never stopped lying to everyone, about everything, including the articles "a", "and", and "the"."

You can’t “sign away” your Constitutional Rights.

The Constitution does not declare what rights you are granted by government. It announces that you already have certain rights.

The purpose of the document is to declare that government recognizes certain rights as intrinsic, “inalienable”.

Came to say the same thing in fact there are several I have heard several scholars who say that the pernunciation of the word “inalienable” is often wrong. it's not supposed to be in-alien-able, as in you cannot be alienated from it. Rather it is in-a-LIEN-able, as in the government does not even have the right to place any kind of lien against your rights.

Not sure I understand that interpretation. A lien could be applied only to something which could be conveyed. Intrinsic rights can't be conveyed.

Like they'd ever stop.
