lol... gun registration.
Private sale all the way, NEVER buy guns from a store, because
- They have all your info and the feds can rape you in the ass later on
- The gun could have been put there by a fed and declared stolen so they can continue pushing the gun control agenda
- said gun coulda actually have been stolen, leading you to be in a whole lot of trouble later on if an audit appears
I was wonder if this was number 2 as well. The article seems to support a bigger registry.
"Moore sued Scheels, arguing that their failures lead to him being humiliated. The judge, however, tossed the lawsuit. After all, it seems Scheels had absolutely no way to run the serial numbers to make sure the gun wasn’t stolen." - This is complete bullshit. If Moore prevailed in the suit, big box stores would have become as efficient as pawn shops at checking serial numbers. Where is the followup for receiving stolen goods? Why have a registry if gun dealers don't need to check if a gun is stolen before they sell it to some trusting customer.
Clickbait title for clickbait article. A gun was flagged stolen on a database check after a deputy rolled up and stated to a group they can't target shoot from a roadway, and the deputy didn't think that flag made any sense since the other guns they used were clean. He let the guy call the out-of-state retailer to send over proof of purchase and they did, and Minnesota just went "lol whatever" and never followed up why or how a retailer in their state sold a stolen gun.
the young Black man
oh that sucks, but I'm actually down for genocide of niggers, so who fucking cares
Apparently you should buy your used firearms from pawn shops because they check with the police to ensure nothing they buy is stolen.
