I think it was Marbury (SCOTUS) in which the resultant opinion flat out stated that any act of legislature which perverts? (I'm a lazy nigger and too bored to look up the wording) the constitution is void. Your reaction to a federal agent enforcing something that is void can not be punished. (I forget which ruling goes about this) Also 18USC242 in coupling with the above.
