One thing these "prohibiting" morons don't get - harder the "laws", lesser the compliance. Brazil has the toughest anti-gun laws, and most massive amount of guns on the streets (in thugs' hands). Russia does not permit its citizens own a pistol - yet when stuff hits it, rebels gain access to SAM missiles without a problem. Etc...
