You kind of forgot a couple of areas.
I think private property is really the only time someone gets to specify that guns can't be brought on the premise and such. It's one of the things that really bugged me about communism (even to this day) is no property rights or the government owns said property.
So private residential property to private commercial property is where people get to specify just that. I'm technically on "their" land, but anything public isn't safe from that. As long as it's private they get to specify that. I should also include private industrial property to as well.
That's probably the one thing about communism that bugs me the most is no property rights. I think people should at least have something no matter what to at least have their own land and break away from the world even if it's just a shack on a 10' x 10' lot of land. It helps to be able to break away and think freely to me personally and/or be able to think in a more relaxed manner for that matter to me personally.
What about Alaska and Hawaii?
