All red flag laws result in the taking of guns, 100% of time. Don't be fooled. Its 100% of time.

Of course, even if you consider the law valid (which they are not), these red flag laws do not make you unable to acquire new guns or ammo. 18 USC 922 controls.

So, one could, hand over their guns...then buy new ones the next day.
