If we lived in a truly open society, yes. We don't, however. We've allowed the government to legislate many of our natural rights and that needs to be addressed.

I just refuse to convict people when I'm a jurist.
Until all gun laws are repealed.
Does not matter if its a gun-related charge or not...
Oddly enough, I don't get jury notices anymore. After I did this.

Having been a juror several times myself, I fully endorse that idea.

If even a handful of gun owners or others who support the RKBA do this then, within 1 yr, the gun laws would be repealed.
They would have no choice IMO politically.
Only takes 1 out of 12 (in a jury of 12) to get this done ... only 8% of the jury to get it done.
