Simply no. I have a masters in compsci and am currently pursuing my doctorate on and off. If you want tutoring you're going to have to pay for it like everyone else.
I don't do web programming shit so I'm not interested, I meant in a general sense what the vulnerability is, like does it open a TCP connection to each person, print the IP somewhere in the posts or what.
everything online generates a log... if a private company doesn't then a governmental body does it for them.
