I noticed the river in town is already melted clear of ice, and that is unusual

It has been a pretty weird winter.

Google is fucking with me.

Payday is tomorrow. So, today they had me do my yearly bank account verification. This requires watching my attached bank account for a deposit. Then, I have to report that deposit amount.

They waited until the day before payday to freeze the account and ask for verification.

They make a zillion dollars, but they want to play fuck-fuck with a tiny amount of money.

That they'd try to fuck me over for that amount, well... That's just weird.

I mean, if they couldn't afford to pay this month they could have just asked and I'd have floated 'em a loan.
