cause on all of my guitars I always just keep the tone knob at 10. It does not sound good to me to turn it down. So when I was assembling this guitar, it only has room in the cavity for two knobs, and it did not come with a switch. In my mind I thought I would get more variety of sounds I like if I put a switch in the hole instead of the tone knob. Or else it would both pickups on all the time.
Huh... The tone knob is a valuable knob but I find it disturbing that it didn't come with a switch.
It looks like the hole is there (upper bout) for the switch.
there is no upper route or hole for a switch where a les paul would normally have one, But its a Jr, not an archtop, a flat top and smaller
There shouldn't be anything routed from the switch to the control cavity. It should just be a hole drilled that connects you to a pickup route and you route the wire through that?
This isn't the hole?
