This one might seem like one you've heard before - and you might have. As near as I can tell, you haven't heard it in a long time - and maybe only heard it just once. It has been 'hiding' at my upload site for a couple of years.
AC-DC - Back in Black (B #1 & #3; J B; B P & #2) (share.fngt.gq)
throws horns
Damn killer job. Wish I had talent on my whole hand one you fingers do lol
LOL Thanks. Glad ya liked it and, yeah, I have put in a whole lot of hours practicing. It takes years of consistent and diligent practicing.
When I pick up a guitar, I seldom 'noodle'. I usually play with a purpose and save my noodles for when I'm just jamming with someone. If I have a guitar in my hand, it's 'for a reason'.
I don't play just part of a song. I learn the whole song. I don't just learn the solos. I don't just learn the rhythm and then make up the solos. I learn the complete song.
This has worked for me. I dare say the proof is out there that it works.
Also, none of AC/DC is really all that terribly difficult - except getting the tone right. It can be kinda tough to get the 'AC/DC tone' thing going. Gain and a decent distortion pedal will get you part of the way there, but it's worth checking some 'rig rundowns' on YouTube or back in the old guitar magazines.
That is something I need spend more time trying to do is find proper setups so tone is more correct for me
Wow, very good! What does everybody do, just pick it out by ear?
Nah, I've got the tab for everything in that song, including the drum tab. Though I likely just sorta faked the drum. I'm not sure what i did at the time.
Glad ya liked it.
Fantastic.
Sounds great. The guitar solo's are really super excellent!
Do you have an old Gretch like Malcolm Young used to play for the rhythm?
I know you have to have an SG or three
I think that was done with just a Gibson SG on my end - but it was the correct SG that he used often, including the correct color (black, three pickups).
That one really sings beautifully
