Damn killer job. Wish I had talent on my whole hand one you fingers do lol
LOL Thanks. Glad ya liked it and, yeah, I have put in a whole lot of hours practicing. It takes years of consistent and diligent practicing.
When I pick up a guitar, I seldom 'noodle'. I usually play with a purpose and save my noodles for when I'm just jamming with someone. If I have a guitar in my hand, it's 'for a reason'.
I don't play just part of a song. I learn the whole song. I don't just learn the solos. I don't just learn the rhythm and then make up the solos. I learn the complete song.
This has worked for me. I dare say the proof is out there that it works.
Also, none of AC/DC is really all that terribly difficult - except getting the tone right. It can be kinda tough to get the 'AC/DC tone' thing going. Gain and a decent distortion pedal will get you part of the way there, but it's worth checking some 'rig rundowns' on YouTube or back in the old guitar magazines.
That is something I need spend more time trying to do is find proper setups so tone is more correct for me
That can be one of the hardest things to do. A cheap multi-effects pedal/combination amp will get you 'close enough'.
