I never heard of that show. But the sentiment of that phrase has kept me from doing a lot of things I could have

It's about stupid criminals, mostly. They generally escaped custody or stayed on the run for long periods of time.

In the end, all of 'em end up incarcerated.

I would have been a smart criminal. But I was still always too worried about getting caught.

The prisons are full of smart criminals.

The cops only gotta be lucky once. A criminal has to be lucky 100% of the time.

Eventually, you're gonna get caught - statistically speaking.
