i made it though i didnt finish nothing to completion as my adhd been a bit tough work with but i do record me warming up well bout 5 minutes of it lol so its what im sharing the beginning of my warm up

its a blend of songs from metallica to tool. i revel in cliff burton, paul damour and justin chanellor bass techniques. i love victor wooten and les caypool but my wrist wont built for that lol.
