Yeah, time to grind that shit down.

Like always, there are a few specialized tools. One grinds 'em all down evenly, another is a file used to round it over (it's not a file on two sides, to prevent you from messing up the fretboard), and then there's a fret file for further shaping.

LOL I don't suspect you're gonna go spend the kinda cash it takes to get Stew Mac equipment, but you can get workable stuff from sites like eBay.

Well, I usually don't. I have some older Stew Mac gear from when I was more into maintaining my own shit, fixing my own shit, and buying guitars that needed work.

Stew Mac is like the Lamborghini of music-related gear.

It's REALLY good kit, but it's very, very expensive.
