yeah being far from home would help, just put your cell on your dog collar. but even without that there are license plate cameras that keep track of who went by certain locations
Yeah, you've gotta blend in when you need to. Any of the killing would have to be, by sheer nature of it, opportunistic killing. So, you're looking at things like people walking the roads at night, hitchhikers that you did NOT pick up, and stuff like that.
