There's also a common misconception that they're safer.

They are not, but people believe they are. I dunno why. People can actually look this fucking data up and educate themselves, but they do not.

Also, the claimed MPG is 14 city and 19 highway.

They are definitely safer than an Isetta!

The Isetta is probably similar in safety to a bicycle. If I get hit by anything, I'm gonna die - or at least be really sore.
