jI use a bunch of mics and record to my Tascam DP24SD (tascam.com) for recording. Sometimes when it is just Chris and I playing acoustic guitars and him singing we just record on a cellphone but when there are drums and electric guitars it is so much easier to use the mixer/recorder

nice setup. just input a mic to each instrument amp or drum kit and record straight to pc? imma look it up looks nice

You don't need a pc, it has a computer built in to it. It has effects, mastering tools and about everything else you would need to make a record
