I would not drive any of your cars beyond my ability. Not even close. Nice and mellow would be how I drive 'em. I don't want to break 'em.

In many cases, they're more fun to push to the limits. So long as you don't crash, I'd not be too concerned. I really don't want to be a passenger in another wreck.

I might push the limits slightly in a very safe manner like on a straightaway with good vision I might exceed the speed limit in a McLaren for a couple seconds

LOL If you accelerate for a few seconds in a McLaren, you're going REALLY fast.

It's insane how quick some of these cars are.

Definition:

Fast: The top speed. Quick: How long it takes to go fast!

So, a car that goes 200 MPH but takes 8 seconds to get to 60 MPH is fast but not quick. A car that goes to 140 MPH but gets to 60 MPH in 3.4 seconds is quick - but not fast (compared to the other). It's still pretty fast, but it's also quick.
