Many of my cars have a full on restraint harness. I can appreciate that.

The M5 has no such thing, but it has good seats that keep you in place. Mostly...

It's pretty easy to push it beyond its ability to save you, so don't do that.

On the other hand, you have quite a bit of leeway before that happens. It's a forgiving car.
