Do other people have the key to the room in the basement? You wouldnt want to go down there and find an empty room

LOL That room doesn't even have a locking door on it.

There are locked doors between it and the outside, so there's that. I'm not too worried. They're insured, though it'd be a bitch to replace some of them. Man, I'd go to so many guitar auctions!

Hmm... Maybe I need to find someone to steal a bunch of my guitars. I can do some serious guitar shopping after that!

LOL Maybe? You'd then have a whole lot of guitars to sell. Some of 'em are a wee bit famous, so you can't really sell those. I'd have to report the theft of course - and some of 'em are gonna make the insurance company wince. They're gonna look to see if they come up at auction.
