I didn't drink yesterday at all but I woke up feeling sore all over for some reason

Maybe it was leftover from drinking so much the days before that?

I actually fell asleep. That's not a good thing, but we'll see how it goes.

Hopefully I'll still sleep tonight. I was feeling kinda weird and realized I'd not taken my sleep meds in a while.
