Yeah, you gotta keep 'em limber and the blood flowing through them. Also, I can't say anything about the stuff you watched - but they lip sync a lot of that stuff, which makes me kinda annoyed because they pilloried Millie Vinilli for that - except many, many performances are pre-recorded.

But, yeah, keep 'em limber and the blood helps keep them warm. Plus, you'll do a lot for a $100,000 check to perform for 20 minutes.

I saw them in person. I don't think they were lip synching, but they could have had the music piped in with the mics live

Sometimes the band will make it obvious that they're playing something already recorded.
