Me too, though I'm not that drunk. I just don't drive drunk. I've had three glasses of wine. That'd put me over 0.08% BAC.

I like my license too much. I like not making bad choices behind the wheel. I like not damaging my vehicles. I like not hurting myself or other people.

I don't drive drunk 'cause I'm selfish, not the other way around. I like my license and I'd like to keep it. Plus, I like not paying out the ass for insurance. I like not going to court. I like not going to jail.

Sure, the odds of being caught are very, very small. I drove drunk for years and never once got an OUI. But, I was getting pretty sloppy towards the end of my drunk driving career and things were escalating. So, I no longer drive drunk!

I'm not going to get pulled over. I don't drive badly.

You don't have to drive badly. The cop just has to stop you. They might even stop you by accident, thinking you're someone else. They could throw up a check-point any time they want. It's not worth it to me to risk it.

Besides, I carry 7 figures of insurance on my license. Can you imagine how much that'd cost me if I got a DUI?!? They might straight up decline to insure me and I'd have to carry a policy on every single car I own - plus file an SR-22. It'd be a whole lot of money to insure my cars...

If I get an OUI, I might just as well sell my collection.

Check points are illegal here. I'm not getting a oui. I'm too drunk to drive
