Ah, that explains why. I'm trying to get my numbers back on the up-side. I managed to let the percentage drop, but then it went too far. Oops!

I still haven't heard from COF's daughter - but I found a different email for her and used that. For some reason, her website is gone. I assume that means email is also gone. So, they weren't getting my messages - 'cause that's the email they use for PayPal.

That explains them not responding and it is much better to learn that than to find they simply been ignoring you

If that doesn't work, I've got one more email address to try...

If that doesn't work, I'm not sure how to get in touch with 'em. The phone number I have is probably no good by now. I guess they might have kept the same number, but that seems unlikely. I believe they were planning on selling the house, though one of the youngest kids might be staying there while he gets his realtor's career up and running.
