You should be able to upload it directly at one of the sites like SoundCloud. I don't really know what's available out there with just a phone. I'd copy it to my computer, give it a bit of a trim with Audacity, and then upload the results. I use my own hosting, but there are countless free audio hosting sites (especially if you're not so close as to cause a copyright strike).

I successfully uploaded to soundcloud but the file name has my name in it.

LOL Well, that won't do for most people - but some of us don't give a shit. I can certainly understand caring about that, however.

If you get time, it is probably easier to make a new account with a fake name. @crazy has like a hundred of 'em.
