Yeah... Yeah, it is...

But, like I said, I'm not going to leap to assumptions, I'm going to wait and see. They do tend to vacation a bit and my first contact was just sending them a PayPal bill with a note enclosed. I can see thinking the first one is a scam but there's no way they could not see my email. It went to their business email, and didn't bounce or anything. So, they definitely have it in their inbox.

I probably should have sent a read receipt request. But, everyone declines those automatically. Hell, many clients won't even show them.

LOL I should! I think I have the number - but I do know their business name and can easily get the phone number.

I should get really, really drunk and then call 'em. That way I show no restraint and just fucking go off on 'em for besmirching COF's name.
