I am confident in saying that he is not going to bother doing any of those things to his current car

Yeah, those sorta cars. On some, they're even color-coded, so that you only put them on the right side.

It seems pretty early for him to be out of prison. Tell him that he's an idiot.

I assume he's on some probation status with a no-drinking clause. What are the odds of him drinking and getting caught.
