I have been slacking. I've only played with the band like once all summer.

They're doing fine without me - which was the goal. I think I did a good job getting them set up. Well, I obviously did - as they survived the shutdown.

I would definitely say you did, just the equipment they have available to use at the shows is a great thing

LOL They still haven't paid me back for my initial investment. The agreement was that they'd at least pay me back for the truck, but they haven't done that - and I haven't actually asked for any money.

So, I basically paid about six figures so that I could jam with friends when I feel the urge to do so and so that I could scratch the urge to perform once in a while.

Meh... I've spent money on worse things!

damn, I thought you all had an agreement that you would get something out of every show towards that band debt.
