Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, click this link (fngt.gq). That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then you can donate.

Yeah, they got good taste.

I learned this song a pretty cool way. The guy on YT wrote the bass notes by using the scale position number of each chord. Figgered it would help me learn the fret board.

Ex. Am7: 1 2 b3 5; A maj scale is A (1) B(2) C#(3) D(4) E(5) F#(6) G#(7) A(8 or 1); So play A(1)plucks chord B(2) C(b3) E(5) Dm7: 1 b7 6 5; D maj scale is D1 E2 F#3 G4 A5 B6 C#7 D8; So play D(1)*plucks chord) C(b7) B(6) A(5)

The notes either ascend or descend. He designated which by putting a line either above (next note is higher) or a line below (next note is lower)

I coulda used TAB but I said fuck it, I'm gonna force myself to learn some theory.
