it turns on but it is not usable, the keyboard nor mousepad works right

Have you tried hooking up a keyboard and mouse to it, so you can at least see if you can just replace the keyboard and touchpad?

yeah but the keyboard mouse thing i have is a mini one that sucks to type on it. It is usually in my lapptop case for work when I need it
