Damned right. I'm not the least bit bashful.

I think I've told this to you before.

I will loan anyone on the planet $20. You could walk up to me and ask to borrow $20. I will give you $20...

Then, if you don't pay me back, I'll point out that you still owe me $20 every single fucking time I see you. Especially if you're with friends and family, I'll be like, "So, you got that $20 you owe me?"

It weeds out the people who would take advantage of my financial situation. I might have money, but I'm far from stupid.

If I loaned you $20 over PayPal, I'd see you ever Friday night. "Got that $20 you owe me yet?"

I never forget who I loaned money. I admit that it makes me kinda a dick - but it really does keep the riffraff away from me. I figure $20 to be worth it. In my position, I get (not so much anymore) all sorts of people asking to borrow money.
