I just spilled a full 20 ounce glass of water on my laptop. I am not having a good day

Unplug it as fast as you can, but it's probably ruined. For a couple hundred bucks you can get a refurbished one on Amazon, eBay, or NewEgg.

You can try putting it in rice for a day or two, but you'd need a lot of rice. If you had a bunch of silica gel packets that'd help.

I've owned a few alcoholic laptops in my day. They drink wine or beer, usually.

HOWEVER...

You might get lucky and only kill the keyboard. Those are like $30 and a bitch to swap in some laptop models.

Yeah Ive got it in front of a fan. I think the keyboard is shot

Bare minimum, you'll likely have lost your keyboard.

I had one laptop that drank more beer than I did. It had four keyboards in it in fairly short order. I put three new keyboards into it. I got so good at it that I could do the whole swap in like 10 minutes, and that was taking my time.
