Not that I am aware of - unless it's really wet and unsafe. Even NASCAR now races in (some) rain.

There's a single-make race going on now, actually. It's the last race of the weekend and it has been red-flagged but I'm not sure why. I wasn't watching and they've yet to show a replay. That usually means it was a pretty wild wreck.

No, no... Lamborghini's - it's Super Trofeo. They're usually younger drivers, all running the same kind of car. They're not very long races.

Well I would think it does make the better driver win when they are all running the same vehicles
