My fingers are stubborn, they seem to want to do what they've done before when ever I try to learn something new. I have to make them do it for a while before they willingly participate

Gibson won a huge lawsuit against them and now there's a new CEO and the old one has had court papers filed against him for embezzling. The papers were filed by the dude's own mother.

Dean now can't make their V and Z models, as they've been deemed to violate Gibson's trademark. (They made those shapes for decades, so I'm not sure why it took this long - and everyone else copies Gibson's shapes.)

I dunno how much longer we'll see Dean as a guitar company.
