It happens with some frequency with me - if I'm intoxicated. I normally smoke cigars and letting them go out is pretty normal - they go right out. Not so with cigarettes. Those are only a few minutes worth of smoking and just leaving them isn't nearly as effective.
Are you craving cigars too or just cigarettes?
The cravings are for nicotine - and the act of smoking. I don't care how I get it. I smoked mostly cigars for a long time, so a cigar would be nice.
Last night, when nobody was around to see me, I had a cigarette in my mouth with a lighter in my hand. I thought about it for a little bit and threw it away. By now, that cigarette would be stale as all fuck.
Yeah I suppose the acts of smoking, having your hands occupied and the mouth being involved is probably as difficult to break habits as the actual nicotine
