I've taken a buddy's for a spin around the block kinda drive. They're big. They're heavy. Shit, they have reverse 'cause they're so heavy. Well, his had reverse. I think if I were gonna do that, I might consider the trike option. Get on the highway, slap cruise control on at just over the speed limit, and enjoy the ride.

One of my friends dad had one back in the 80's and it seemed to me like you may as well just get a car

They're not all that far from a car. In fact, that trait is exactly why I'd pick one if I was gonna go cruise long distances on a bike.

Shit, by the time you deck one out, you probably can get cars that get better gas mileage.
