Good choice.

I'm home and sore. I was pretty active on stage for a couple of nights. Still, it was fun.

I did my 'make it up as you go along history song'. I don't do it often, but I basically improv a story about how I was 13 and I just couldn't get good at the guitar, no matter how much I played. So, I went down to the crossroads on a full moon night and signed a deal with the devil. Now that I'm old, I don't regret it and the devil's gonna take my soul soon. It's just me and the drummer who I asked to set a beat at the start of it - though sometimes the rest will join in.

It's all just basically spoken and my guitar playing gets better and better as I go through it. I usually finish it with a giant bitching solo, which is how I ended it.

It usually starts with something like, "Hey, I'm gonna take a break for a minute to tell you about how I learned to play guitar. Drummer, give me a beat." It's sometimes timed to give the band the time to move stuff around.

I normally don't sweat much at all, but under the lights, in the heat, and while physically active? Yeah, then I sweat so much that I change out my shirt after every set. Then again, I do that even if it's inside and under the lights. The lights are fuckin' hot - even with LED lights.

The bit was likely recorded. I do not have a copy of the recording. If I remember, I'll try to get a copy of the recording. It was pretty solid, so worth sharing. We shall see...

I'll likely be headed to sleep soon. Well, at least to bed. On a positive note, I get to wake up and drive an awesome car tomorrow. So, I've got that going for me.

It's a lovely car. I've had it out before, but only for a couple of days. So, I'm gonna take it out again. It's a bit of an ordeal to get into it, but it's great once you're in there.
