Six a day is damned good, I think.

I'm pretty fuckin' pleased with the results so far - but I will need to be on the drug longer than 3 months.

The prescribing is based on people who smoke a pack a day. I smoked five or so cigars per day - and I inhaled instead of just letting it swirl in my mouth.

So, it's expected that I'll be on the drug for longer than 3 months.

I'm okay with that. Though it does upset my tummy a bit. I'm still not used to tat side-effect.

I'd be really fucking annoyed and unpleasant to be around.

And I'd light one up. I smoke. It's what I do.
