4 years in Prison and 10 years probation with absolute sobriety afterwards. He had made a plea deal with the DA for 2 years in and pled no contest based on that deal, but the Judge wasn't having any of that and gave him twice as much as he bargained for due to his 0.32 BAC. Then last December he was supposed to be getting out having earned early release through a treatment program they had, adding the extra time to his probation, and two weeks before they were to let him go home on probation they cancelled the program and he has to stay the full sentence. He had already finished the treatment and jumped through all the hoops the made him jump through and then they pulled the rug out from under him

Oh, man... That has to fucking suck.

I think I'd be spending the rest of my stay in the SHU and probably catching a few new charges from stabbing administrative staff with a shank.

"Look, bitches... I'm either getting good time, or I'm having a good time. I'll let you decide."

Then they pull the fucking rug out from him with TWO fucking weeks to go? I'd be on the phone with everybody, from press to a lawyer to state representatives...

Then I'd be straight up stabbing bitches. They'd have to come take me out of my cell with a goon squad every time, 'cause I'm shanking everyone. I'd be like the Motherfucking Oprah Of Shanking! A shank for you, a shank for you, a shank for you, everyone gets shanked!

The pulled the rug out from under everybody in the cell block, like 80 guys. I would really not want to be in that jail at that time when everybody is all pissed off, I imagine there were lots of fights breaking out for a while in there. Man the mood must have been awful.

He actually got transferred to a minimum security prison real close to home that he gets to work with training dogs for disabled, and he is a dog lover, so that's got to be all right
